To make our Concert Series Concerts more accessible to all, would you please complete this brief questionnaire for the Music Committee members? Would you be interested in attending a concert on another day other than Sunday for at least one of the concerts? i.e. the January concert during football playoffs. Check all the boxes that apply.

If no, would you please give us an idea as to why you did not attend? Please check all that apply:

If so, please give us an idea of a different day / time instead of Sunday afternoon at 4 PM
