Roser-Robics meets twice a week – 9:30 AM Wednesdays and Fridays! At Roser Community Church, “we are ministering to the whole person” according to Senior Pastor Dr. Bob O’Keef. In January 2016 Roser began offering Roser-Robics (Get Fit While You Sit) taught by Coach Melissa Merkle. This is a very popular chair-based exercise class appropriate for older adults and those looking to lessen the impact on their joints. All ages and skill levels are welcome as variations are shown, including standing exercises to improve balance and flexibility.
