Chancel Choir

Chancel Choir is for adults and youth (middle school and above) and sings each week for worship services. The choir meets Thursday evenings at 7:00 PM for rehearsal in the Colman Building. In addition to singing for worship the choir prepares two cantatas each season, often with orchestral accompaniment. Interested singers may visit a rehearsal at any time. Questions? Roser Ringers

Roser Ringers is our adult handbell choir which performs for worship services once a month and for special services.  The group rehearses on Thursdays from 5:45 to 6:45, October through April. Prior handbell ringing experience is not necessary to participate.  If you are interested in giving it a try please contact Kristen Stanton, Director of Music Ministries.

Joyful Noise

A free after-school community choir for kids in Kindergarten through 5th Grade. Rehearsals begin the Tuesday after Labor Day and run through May. Choristers will learn basic vocal technique, beginning sight-reading concepts, and performance skills while performing a wide variety of musical styles. This is a ministry sponsored by Roser Church and directed by Kristen Stanton, Director of Music Ministries. There are no participation fees.

Ensembles

There are many opportunities for singers and instrumentalists to become involved in music ministry at Roser Church.  From our Grace Notes women’s trio, Island Praise mixed quartet, Women’s or Men’s Chorus to our Acoustic/Jazz Combo and Cantata Orchestra – Roser musicians are forming creative collaborations to enhance our worship services.  If you sing or play an instrument we’d love to find a way to incorporate your gift into our ministry!
