Boomer Bootcamp meets twice a week–9:30 AM every Tuesday and Thursday in the Roser Community Church Fellowship Hall. This exercise class caters exclusively to Baby Boomers and offers high and low impact options. The class is more advanced than a chair-based class but not programmed for a 20-year old. Each class will consist of fat-burning aerobics, muscle pumping strength activities, fun balance challenges, and nutrition coaching to help you reach all your goals.
